We perform website upgrades quarterly to ensure that everything, including your platform and plugins, is up-to-date and running smoothly. However, if an upgrade is identified as a security issue, we’ll prioritize it and complete the update within 48 hours to protect your website and its users. This includes images, text, code, and any other materials associated with your website. Our role is to provide hosting and management support, but all files and assets belong to you.
